Warming Up Before Yoga Teacher Training

Warming Up Before Yoga Teacher Training

Once you have completed regular yoga training, the time will come for you to start taking part in teacher training at any given point in time. A big part of the reason why that is the case has to do with the fact that this is the next step for you in your training journey, and suffice it to say that when you are done with yoga teacher training your skill level will be far beyond anything that a normal person would be capable of comprehending in any way, shape or form.

It can be easy to get excited before your first day of Marianne Wells Yoga Teacher Training but you shouldn’t get ahead of yourself. Try to remember that the training you are about to go for is very physically demanding, and many would say that attempting it without some kind of warm up would be madness. Not warming up before your training session is going to greatly increase the chances of you pulling a muscle or suffering some other kind of injury that tends to occur in situations where your body is undergoing stress that it was not adequately prepared for.

You might assume that yoga is just stretching, so there is no point in warming up for it. However, the stretching that you are going to be doing is very intense indeed, so you need to do some basic stretches before you go for it. This will also give you more stamina that you can use during the training session to show everyone that you are the best of the best bar none and that you will eventually become a yogi that is en route to becoming a spiritual master.
